tests: Move unit folder check in IntegrationTestCase to before class
Validate the filename once per test class,
it cannot change between the mediaWikiSetUp() calls.
ReflectionClass supports class name (::class) instead of object ($this)
MediaWikiUnitTestCase already has it in mediaWikiSetUpBeforeClass
