* Removing the MW_DATE_USER_FORMAT define.
* msg:tog-usenewrc: not for all browsers => JavaScript * Unbolded email_notification_infotext * Fixed dateFormat() and date() * Removed rfc1123() (obsolete since fsckknowswhen, handled by wfTimestamp now) * Added an argument to formatNum() in order to instruct it not to format years. * Documented
